Got my email today but when I try to access the Icesave site it says:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

I guess it's overloaded. Anyone else had this problem?

2nd email arrived today at 12.26, money claimed at 1pm. No sign of a 3rd email to confirm yet though.

I've just had my 2nd email so I've kicked off the transfer. The strange thing is the transfer was to an old account that I changed months ago and I have the confirmation letter to prove it. What the heck! Just so long as it gets into one of my accounts so I can get my hands on it.

I got my email on my return from work today and have just done all it asked me to do so by next Tuesday I should have 7 years of accumulated cash isa back - now where do I go ?? Better get looking while i wait for the certificate - and stick it in an esavings account in the meantime

Our experience has been:

4 Nov - wife and I both received 1st emails

11 Nov - I received 2nd email for our joint account - funds received in linked account 17 Nov

26 Nov - wife received 2nd email for her ISA - claim made earlier tonight despite website being very slow

Just the ISA certificare to come now. It's seemed a long wait between the two 2nd emails but the system has worked.

Got my second email today went through the process and the bloody site crashed !

!st email 4th Nov, 2nd email today 26th Nov. Thank goodness. It was very simple to follow their instructions. Both my husband and myself got emails the same day. Just waiting for the money now, but upto now everything has happened just as they said it would.

Finally been able to access my account tonight (slow site and page not found) and although I have not received an email I have been able to initiate my claim.

OH was able to initiate yesterday for a joint account and ISA (has only received one confirmation email).
FSCS said today there have been a lot of reported problems with confirmation email not being received.

Now we just sit and wait for the three claims to reach main account, and then wait for Isa Certificates.
