They must have been watching when I posted this morning.

Unfortunately can't initiate claim as I don't have my account details to hand - will have to wait another few hours 'til I get home!

Just checked my email again and my 2nd email has JUST arrived along with a 3rd to confirm the transaction. Just waiting for hubbies email to come now to get the other money transferred too. I will be a lot happier when this is sorted and will be having a nice ingdirect, kaupthing edge and icesave free life!

Myself and the wife share an email account and when we received our first emails we had no way of knowing which was which. However, the second email clearly states who it is intended for i.e Mrs C or Mr C..

Got my email today at 13.59.

Was proper chuffed, initiated my claims so all should be well, just waiting to receive the money now.

[With regards to receiving the email later, it can sometimes be a bit hit and miss depending on which email service you are using, I sometimes find with gmail it takes a good hour longer than it should to receive emails - other times its instant]

Got Email. Though managed to "initiate" before email was in box.
It could had been lot less stressful if estimated arrival of 2nd email was known in advance.

We received 1st emails on 4th November. So far no 2nd emails but I was able to initiate our joint account containing £2,500 but not our ISAs. Maybe tomorrow.

No 2nd email but gave it a go.Lo and behold was able to initiate all of my 3 accounts (so much for 2nd emails eh!) Hopefully monies should be mine again by friday,except for my fixed rate which I shall let run to term.I hope all others waiting get theirs sooner rather than later.Moral seems to be:LOGIN/GIVE IT A GO.

no 2nd emails received but i have been able to initiate claims on 1 ISA & 1 Savings a/c, just 1 ISA to go now!

things seem to be speeding up looking at today's posts so fingers x'd it won't be too long now...
