There is still an interest in getting a feel for how many of those second emails are being received each day.
Please do not vote until you get that second email ( which could be up to 4th December).There will be two more threads at a later stage for the remaining two weeks but this poll is for second emails received between 22nd and 28th November.
If you got the second email between 8th and 14th November, please use the oldest poll.

First post..I felt I should say I received my 2nd email today (15.51 time email sent received at 20.25) I use plusnet and did not receive the first email automatically. I had to manually initiate the first email.on 16/11.
