:j Just logged in at 13:15 on the off chance and both mine and the wifes accounts had been activated ... Initiated the transfer of 4 accounts for the wife + 2 of mine. It's now circa 13:30 and have received no 2nd emails ...
keep trying all ....
PS
We had no problems receiving our 1st emails on the 4th Nov...
Surname begins with C and we had total of circa 24K0 -
I never actually got my "2nd email", but initiated claim through the site anyway- however, I have just received both "claim initiated" emails for both the accounts I claimed for.
So I got mails 1 & 3, but no mail 2! Very strange.
So, definitely worth logging on and checking every so often- I'd checked at about 12, and it said "wait for options below", but then at 1pm it worked ok. :T0 -
Same here for my DH. No email but logged in and initiated claim.
I did my own claim 2 weeks ago and am eagerly awaiting the certificate.
Hurrah.0 -
Same for me - no email but logged and initiate option was there and worked so keep trying all of you0

Don't know what they're doing with those emails! Still haven't got my second one, but logged in on the 'off chance' after reading so many had succeeded, and made my claim some 20 minutes ago.

Hoping not being too hasty and money does come through too.0 -

Received my second email a few minutes ago (14:10)
Both are ISAs... Just wondering if I'll be able to put it into a new ISA account or has the tax free status been lost?0 -

No it hasn't. You'll get a certificate in about 2weeks, which you can use to transfer the funds into a new ISA of your choice.0 -
No email, but logged into the account (for the 3rd time today). Guess what, could not initiate the compensation process yet again so will wait a few more hours and try again seeing as to how others have had success."How could I have been so mistaken as to trust the experts" - John F Kennedy 19620
