I think if you want to leave a fixed rate until maturity you can ignore the whole log-in process etc. and they'll just write to you in due course with the forms for making a paper claim. Can anyone confirm this?0

Got my 2nd e mail last Thursday evening, and my bank have just rang me to say my money will be in my account tomorrow.
I'm very happy about that, and I'm sure it wont be long before everyone else is sorted out.
I'm very pleased with the way this has been handled.0 -

I'm sure those who have the money in the bank are happy with the way it's been handled, those still waiting without a clue on whether they get a message tomorrow or 2 weeks time may think differently."How could I have been so mistaken as to trust the experts" - John F Kennedy 19620 -

I was one of those until last Thursday, and still had the same opinion.

my second email came on 14th and my wife's on the 19th, and were claimed promptly. The money from both claims went back into our linked accounts after 3 working days. ;-)0
