Hi we had fixed term (December 2010) the email offers you to select if you want to keep the money with FSCS. On the understanding you don't touch it at all until maturity If you opt for this they send you out paperwork.
We opted No0 -
My wife did not receive the first email and neither did I until I switched off the Eclipse ISP Spamtrap. I then received the first email, however my wife still didn't get the first email.
So I followed the advice from FSCS which promptly generated the first email. To which she returned a blank response. Which generated another copy of the first email. To which she responded, as advised in FAQ 8, with the word "CONFIRM". Which generated a copy of email No. 1.........
Anyone want a copy - we've got plenty. But no email No.2 yet .....
Patience being tested to the limit here - and this large builder gentleman still waiting to be paid. HELP!
Might be worth trying this link as per my previous post

31/10 MONEY ARRIVED0 -
The bank into which our Icesave money was refunded couldn't resist ringing us up as soon as it hit our account offering us a fixed term deal at a paltry rate. Too bad that we moved the money out yesterday to catch a 6.05% deal elsewhere before it was pulled. The banks must be rubbing their hands at all Icesave money which is pouring in. Bet none of it stays there very long before being moved out again.0

Still waiting for 2nd email for self & wife.
Had a call from local Natwest branch today after visiting for info last week when like yours, they knew nothing.
They now tell me Natwest will allow a transfer into new ISA cash from Icesave with the certificate at the current transfer rate of 5.94%. This will drop by the bonus of 1.76% after 12 months. However this is a variable rate so could alter over the period.
I've never dealt with NatWest before but hope that they get their act together for when I next go in with the transfer form and certificate. I chose them for the 6.6% interest rate that I will be eligible for but I will be shopping around again in 12 months time when the bonus is withdrawn.
Still no 2nd email, just in case they've sent it out and I haven't received it I tried to initiate my claim again on the Icesave website but no luck.0 -

Over 75,000 people have now received the 2nd e-mail which means nearly two thirds of us are still waiting for it. They are probably sending out around 20,000 invites a day at the moment so our patience will soon be rewarded. :cheesy:0 -

Good Luck!
Yes, I should have said this was next on the agenda - now done and auto acknowledgement received. Crossed fingers now beginning to ache.....
Thanks again!0 -
I'm glad I haven't been keeping an eye on MSE lately, or I would've been getting impatient knowing that some people have got their money.
No second email for me yet either (nor for my partner) but we had the first one ages ago. I hope we get ours soon!
Has anyone had their ISA certificate yet?0 -
