Both my wife's and my surnames begin with same character. I've received my 2nd email yesterday and initiated the claim. But my wife is yet to receive 2nd email although we both received 1st email on same day!Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0

It's not alphabetical - I received my 2nd e-mail last week (and my linked account has been credited today) whereas a friend whose surname is well before mine in the alphabet has heard nothing since the first e-mail. Neither does it appear to be account-type related, as we both have the same type of account.
When did you initate the claim?0 -
FWIW, I received cleared Icesave monies (c £10k) into my bank account today. (My monies were in a regular Icesave savings account.) Initiated my claim on the afternoon of Thur 13 Nov. Good luck everybody else.0

What's the final date for e-mails being sent out please?11. In what order will the emails be batched? There is no fixed order in which the invitation emails will be sent out. We expect to offer compensation to the vast majority of Icesave customers in November. If you receive the first email but not the second by 4 December 2008, you should call our customer helpline on 0845 7300 131 (Icesave enquiries only).0
