No really. It's reassuring that BACS only takes 3 working day. Of course, for anyone getting their email today, that means even more lost interest over the weekend.

I was fortunate enough to be able to initiate my payment on Wednesday at 1pm. Have spoken to my bank the payment is showing as coming in on Monday.

So assuming you get your second email today, let's hope you do, then you will probably receive payment into your account on Wednesday based on the limited experience to date.

I got two emails yesterday to confirm that FSCS had my instructions to transfer the money to my nominated account. The system seems to be working well.

My Father is still waiting for his second email to initiate the claim, but I know he received his first email after I did.

I'm sure we will all get our money back by next week.

I think it only locks you out if you login incorrectly three times - not if you try to initiate transfer.
Anyway day off work today so off to do some shopping, go to gym and keep away from laptop
We'll see if orange is the future (that was their catch phrase once I think) later today.

Off to see dd at uni at weekend and extract (with torture if necessary) money I gave her when icesave crashed and she had all her student loan in it. She has hers back grr....
