ICE SAVE - 2nd E Mail Received

It depends what version of Outlook you use, though Tools>Options is going to be the starting point.
For me it's then "Mail Setup" and a big button called "send/receive" which has the "schedule automatic send/receive every ??? minutes".
In Outlook express, it's as described: TOOLS>OPTIONS>GENERAL>(Send/Receive messages) section and set "Check for new messages every" to 5
Ah, no wonder. I use Hotmail, not Outlook Express.
Thanks for the help anyway.0 -

I think it is a bit like waiting for your luggage at the airport. No matter when you checked in, your luggage is always last off the plane. Mine's never been lost yet though - so hopefully this will be the same. DD (who has her Isave money back) does not seem to respond to requests for a refund of the bail out money. Funny that (not)0

Thats great news as I know you needed that money back in time to pay your tax bill :T“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

Sorry home_alone... I guess they really are using straws and a pair of scissors... I think I will breathe easy when I actually see it though...
Presume the ISA amount will hit my First Direct account as 'regular' cash and I need to wait for my FSCS certificate showing that the ISA is indeed protected... ie: Can I go ahead and open a new ISA?MFW #185

This is the message you get if you are out of luck -:If you do not see any options below then you are currently unable to initiate your FSCS claim. Once you have received your email notification please log back into your account and initiate your FSCS claim.0
