It depends what version of Outlook you use, though Tools>Options is going to be the starting point.Never mind the dog ... I can't do it! Where is the option to do send and receive every 5 minutes?
For me it's then "Mail Setup" and a big button called "send/receive" which has the "schedule automatic send/receive every ??? minutes".
In Outlook express, it's as described: TOOLS>OPTIONS>GENERAL>(Send/Receive messages) section and set "Check for new messages every" to 50 -
I have a nasty suspicion that those who received the email on tuesday last week will get the go-ahead this week; those on wednesday the following week; thursday the week after that and so on. I got mine last friday.
The only thing keeping me from going mad (I've also been through this with Kaupthing, though I got my money within a week) is that I have already tied up in fixed accounts what I want to, but it's still REALLY annoying.
Im a last Tuesday recipient of 1st mail.
