    Don't they say "Meat & potatoe" pie so the meat can be anything as the descriptor for meat doesn't state "Finest cuts of beef" just meat.I like my meat guarrenteed as zeebu or better
  • Just to give some info about this;

    The reason that Greggs won't heat something up for you is not because they are "lazy", but a) because it is a food poisoning risk and b) because it means charging VAT for a "hot product" rather than a freshly baked product. Which would add about 9p to the price of a sausage roll.
    Please don't pm me asking to eat me because you are hungry.:mad:

    I am NOT a sausage roll.

    Oh how I loved reading this thread... nearly wet myself on a few occassions!

    Was a terrific read and what made it better was the tangent on which people followed about where they live, inbetween the main points!!!!! Class act!

    Please, please let me know if there is a thread reunion on this subject or another cos I really wanna be there! Loving your work.

    Finally, with a 9p increase on the price of a sausage roll, will we get extra eyelid or testicle for that?!!!!!!!

    :heartpuls CG :heartpuls
    Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.

    I find their customer service to be about as good as a brick.

    In the same way a mother doesn't lose interest with her child after 9 months, one shouldn't disregard this thread because it is 9 months old. The content is valid. :p
