Hi 3tabbycats :) I can't resist hitting those links lol, and I just had a look at those bags (aren't they lovely? :)) and, as far as I can see, you can buy them individually. Hth

on the one I posted up it gives the individual link then in the actual description it states it is only available in units of x amount (normally 10)

Has anyone come across a thomas the tank engine or pingu colouring book? I'm making my niece (nearly 28 months) a little shopping bag with crayon roll and want to include a colouring book and some other crafty age-specific stuff (as she loves colouring at the moment) for christmas.

Pingu and Thomas are the two 'characters' she likes the most (although possibly because they're the only things she's allowed to watch!) but I've not come across any in the shops. I saw a thomas activity and colouring book combined but it looked a bit grown-up for her, as although she's reallyy bright I think dot-to-dot, etc are probably a bit too hard for her!

Sorry:sad: had a look while I was out but couldn't see any

That's what happens when I read the thread from the back to the front :o;)

Found your link Rusty, and really like those bags :D but until I get some hampers finished, I'm sitting on my hands ;)

These are a few of the ones that I've done (before celophane). Some girlie accessories ones for my nieces (also have flannel cup cakes) and a hot chocolate and mug one (with some green and blacks chocolate)

thanks. TBH there's 3 nieces who are about the same age who I've done the air accessoies baskets for - it worked out cheaper geting a job loit of hair bits n bobs from ebay and deviding it between the three of them. Poundstretcher and poundland both hav alot of nice girlie accessories in at the moment too.

I have made these for friends at work using a square shaped vase from Tesco sale. Think they were just under £2. Used werthers, 2 lots of goldy coloured roses chocolates from a local cheap shop and tescos own dairy toffees in shiny gold wrapper. Am going to attach a label with poem on and a scratchcard.

This looks brilliant, love how you've layered the vase, it looks great :D

What a great idea - i have loads of vases left from my wedding last year gathering dust, so this is a fab way to get rid of them and give the teachers at my 2 son's schools xmas presents - thanks. Would you be able to post the words of the poem please -assuming its a general one about a pot of gold.
This is the poem I added to mine:
    Pot of Gold
Here’s a little pot of gold,
    A festive nibble too,
I hope that it will make,
All of your dreams come true,
    Have a very Merry Christmas,

Becs love the pot of gold ... or rather the vase of gold! the layering works really well! you should be proud!

I hope to get my pots of gold finished today, and also my sweet boquets which are wrapped and ready to arrange but I just need to buy some oasis and something to geet the base weighted.
