  • Just bought this on offer today as the plastic cover was damaged:-

Conents number of bath bombs, salts, bubble baths and cow shaped glove.

£22 originally reduced to £12 and i paid £2 as i had a gift voucher card still to use up -just thought it was worth posting as some of the baskets made by you folks cost a lot less and have much more centents!

Are these any good for you or any others and they are from Tesco Direct?

They are £7.49 for a set of 5 of varying sizes and you can use the sim card trick (gets you free delivery if you buy a sim card at £2.xx).

Credit to whizzkid on HUKD for these as this is where I originally spotted them.

  • I have been looking at your baskets and ideas for so long now that I have decided to try a couple of my own and I'm quite pleased with them, most of the stuff I have picked up really cheaply with the help of the 'Boots' thread. Sorry my pictures are so big, can anyone advise me where I am going wrong? Many Thanks.

  • Sorry rwaite, I knew it was someone beginning with R but for some reason thought it was rainmac ... Thankyou for the link, I will buy one later on, my MIL emailed me back last night and said my FIL likes ginger and rhubarb jam ... is this 2 different jams do you think or 1 jam? lol

Sophies mum that hamper looks amazing!!! Where did you buy your basket from? I want some like that for easter!

It's just one type of jam, not sure if you can buy it, certainly not in the likes of asda and tesco, but it's popular with home made jams and on stalls and things say in church fetes.

If you want to make it yourself, you can buy a bag of frozen rhubarb from Farmfoods and get ginger from Asda / Tesco / Holland and Barrett and google for a recipe which suits.

Asda also do I'm sure tins of rhubarb in natural juice which you could also use for making a small batch of jam if your not near a Farmfoods. Don't use Tesco's tins of rhubarb though as they are in syrup and no use.

    Hope this helps.

Recipe above for the jam after a quick google but lots of choice if you don't find that suitable.
