Hi everyone,
I've made hampers for xmas presents this year & am just wondering about wrapping..
I ordered some cello from ebay but a couple of the hampers are too large for the cello
Is there a trick to it or another way of nicely wrapping large baskets? I've had a look for some large cello bags but can only seem to find small ones
Thanks
Laura xThanks to everyone that posts :T:money:

Hi, I have been looking at the photos of the finished hampers on the other thread. They look amazing! You lot are so inspirational!
It is too late for me to start making hampers now, because all my christmas presents are bought and I'm about to start wrapping ( my family is spread out, so christmas exchanges start at the beginning of December).
But as of January sales onwards, I will be looking out for bits and pieces to make birthday and christmas hampers. Thank you so much for all the ideas!
Daisy
EDIT... hum, okay I am new to this hamper lark, so this may be a really dumb question, but anyway here goes...
When you wrap the hampers in clear cello, they look gorgeous BUT you can see what the present is, which means that if it is sitting under the tree, the present is no longer a surprise. Or do you then wrap the hamper in Christmas paper, cello and all?I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

This is my first year doing hampers Daisy and I just did what I had seen done by some others on the thread - that is I wrapped tissue round the contents therefore hiding them and then did the cello, ribbon etc.
I preferred to do it that way.0 -
Thank you! I knew there had to be a solution!I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0
