Oh not to worry - thank you so much for trying for me!! Really above & beyond to try 3 Nettos!! Sorry to here you & OH poorly and interview had to be cancelled - has it been rearranged for another day?
Have just been looking on Ebay and am tempted - just get a bit cross with how much they want to charge for postage!!! Can you remind me how much you paid in Nettos - think it was £1.99? Anyway looks like from Ebay the cheapest I might be able to get it for is about £6 or more! Really want it though...
No problem ... I wanted to go and have a nosey anyway so used you as my excuse ... is it for valentines day? if so if you can give me another week then I will be going to tescos at some point where I last saw it so I may be able to get it there for you! .... do not pay ebay prices unless really necessary
Let me know anyway

Rusty - so sorry you and OH haven't been well. Do take care - my OH is still suffering - least he's a bit better today that yesterday.........just when he thinks he's shot of it back it comes. Bought share in Beechams by now I'm sure..............lol
Rainmac - pleased your nan loved her basket, especially the Journal in a Jar. Wish I'd know about that before Mum was taken ill - she'd have loved doing something like that. She did do a sort of life story work with the care staff and reading through it there's loads of little snippets about her and Dad I'd never have known and she really enjoyed doing it.
MIL would wonder what it was and isnt really into doing that sort of thing which is a shame.Mary
I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

Sian that is fantastic news Well done you
Just a head up (I don't think it has been posted before) Poundstretcher have 25% off their basketsv (wicker/seagrass etc) perfect for hampers and makes some of them a lot cheaper. I could have spent a fortune in there this morning but I behaved.
May be of use to some of you.
an update on the back to work hamper for OH ...
yesterday I picked up a messenger bag, I ordered a shirt from debenhams using a couple of voucher codes, then today I have picked up pro plus, small pack of tissues, 2 x sandwich boxes (one smaller than the other) a small flask, a travel mug and can't remember what else I managed to get. I won a star wars tie on ebay last night ... new with tags and is a tie rack silk tie and I paid £2.09 including postage so chuffed with that ... can't wait to start putting it all together but need to finish getting the other bitsRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

I am loving the sound of your back to work hamper - really clever selection of stuff:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
ooh Rusty you are the total epitome of this thread, a true basket making basket case
I find it so weird that we all kind of know each other but could pass on the street and be none the wiser. Maybe we all need some kind of marker to each other, a red carnation or maybe just the manic look in our eyes as we cram basket goodies into our trolleysGod is good, all the time
