Just got back from delivering boxes and hampers to my son, his girlfriend and the grandchildren. Baby grandson was too busy running amok to take much notice but the older ones were thrilled to bits...............I did have to add to teenage grandson that it was only odds and ends in the boxes and he wasn't to think 'crikes, nanny's lost the plot' at some of them.............to which he replied.............'I knew you'd lost the plot ages ago'.......................lol How typical............................too much like his dad methinks.................lol:rotfl:
Wondering if I've made a bit of an error with sons box...........have done him a retro sweet box...........now he tells me he needs some expensive dental work done !!!!! Not to worry............not saying too much about the journey except to say OH's specs have broken and he had to drive back without them plus he tripped and fell out of the car when we got there and is having to hobble !! Next year I'm thinking maybe I'll send cheques in the post ......................lol
Oh mary, hope your OH is ok!
I've had my comeuppance (sp?) from eating a load of the sweets from the sweet boxes I've made as I've broken a tooth! Got an appointment with the dentist on Xmas Eve :wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Hi sorry to ask on this thread, but I lurk here all the time, and am currently making 4 hampers and love looking at your ideas.
I have also posted this on the Snowman soup thread but noone has been on since 7am and i need to let my mum know what to look for tomorrow.
I was wondering if Lakeland actually sell Cello cones or is it the disposable piping bags she is looking for - these http://www.lakeland.co.uk/disposable-icing-bags/F/keyword/piping/product/2664 I cant tell what these look like so I was hoping someone could let me know so she knows what to ask for as its a 60 mile round trip. I dont have an ebay account anymore so i cant get them off of there. many thanksYou can stand there and agonize........
