Have you heard of the Freedom Programme? Its a 12 week programme for women who have been through domestic violence and abuse. I can't recommend them enough, they really helped me come to terms with what had happened to me and i really wish I had gone to them sooner. (i was with a violent man for 5 years, after leaving him he harrassed me and damaged mine and my familys property for another 2-3 years)

You can ask your doctor if you have the Freedom Programme running in your area .

yes the freedom programme is what i was referring to i just culdnt remember it, cant reccomend this hihly enough, in my opinion it shouuld be rolled out a secondary schools to the highest years!!!
