Best you buy yourself one of those old lady shopping trolleys....lol......... think of the exercise you will get as well kill two birds with one stone.
.
actually i DO have an old lady shopping trolly (and i'm only 35) much more practical if you don't have a car in a big city
and what's funny about a map for all the charity shops? i think it's just practical and helpful! people are too quick to throw things away, i shop at charity shops to help relieve the burden we put on our world as a whole, not because i'm mean with moneyfounder of Frugal Genius UK (Yahoo Groups)0 -

Is a guy selling a job lot of 3, one of which I have and he's only getting 2.50 for the lot! and £5 postage, too much hassle for me, ISBN are about all I can do. Better to swap for something I can sell. OH moaning about number of RISI he had to take to PO today and there's already another 13 waiting for Monday!I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

Is he posting worldwide???? Just as long as you weigh it and get it right and they pay for the correct postage...offering airmail abroad often swings it for you cos people don't want to wait 8 weeks or longer for surface.
Anyway don't think it'll take long for someone to swap with you so you won't have to worry!!!!Laughing at my ancient signature...voodoobaby now 10 years old:eek:0 -

Am only just able to cope with uk postage let alone worldwide. Have posted almost 60 swaps out since Monday so hopefully they'll be all gone by next week!I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

Have taken them off now. Was trying not to be sentimental and getting rid of most of my books. My dad used them when he was restoring a beetle for me before he died so now they're going to be coming to the new house. Haven;t had a beetle for 14 years and they'll be of no use to me, but they'll have to stay now.I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

i'm about ready to give up swapping books on RISI because i think they're valuable... the last 4 books i have had are in horrible condition and nothing was mentioned in the listings which is shameful! one book had very obvious water damage and looked chewed on
one book i got awhile back had felt tip scribbles on every page :mad:founder of Frugal Genius UK (Yahoo Groups)0 -
