    thanks AT!

don't know if it's dumb luck or me getting the hang of it, regardless i like it and i'll take what i can get :rotfl:

dd is 4 and will be starting school in august so this allows me the flexibility to spend time with her now before she goes off to school

she quite likes going to the charity shops and boot sales with me as i always buy her something (spend about £1-2) sometimes those things get sold on later and she gets the money to spend at other charity shops and boot sales so she's learning to be pickier about what she asks for ;)

i love the flexibility of working from home like this, i am a bipolar manic depressive so working in an office is pretty much out of the picture for me, can't handle the stress and the politics

working like this sees me working more hours but i enjoy it much more :T

How do I list audio books? and music cassettes?

Has anyone listed any of these and if so how?

Everything ticking over nicely at this end about 2!3 books a day.

wow, you're doing very well, congrats :T

i can't seem to find the asin number for audio books and cassettes so i put in the title then search through for the right one of the choices that pop up

someone else on here has been having better luck but i'm not sure how they're doing it, would like to know myself!

The easiest way to list these is using a barcode scanner as audio cassettes dont have ISBN's and only more recent audio books have ISBN's.

Failing that you just have to seach on author/title.

Many audio cassettes wont be listed on Amazon anymore as its considered defunct technology.

One other word of warning. You may well see some audio books priced up for silly money and they are usually the unabridged versions but dont get excited they rarely if ever sell. I have about 100 and have sold one in 12 months.

Just had to go to the post office to collect 1 of my readitswapit books. The person hadn't paid postage and it cost me £5.52 to pick it up! I still gave them a good rating though as I believe it was a genuine oversight. It came in a big white envelope with RS in red lettering all over it (you know who you are your cards are marked!). Am sure someone here will recognise the description :rotfl:

  • I wonder if the stamp sticker came off? I sometimes have to ask the PO ladies that do mine to press them on a bit better, they seem to be scared of smudging them. Thing is they go straight into the sack and if one corner was loose it could stick onto another parcel and peel off as it goes down into the sack

Thats why I gave them good rating as I don't believe it was done on purpose

Don't worry about it I thought it was really funny when I realised who's book it was! I don't want anything was just trying to wind you up. I am looking after the wife of the guy on the desk and when I went to collect it he said "damn I think we've lost it" and didn't charge me. So despite the huge yellow sticker I didn't have to pay. Best money saving tip become a midwife you can get away with murder lol
