Glad it's not just me.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they don't end up being pendings - had 2 yesterday :rolleyes: - hopefully it looks like there may just be a glitch in the system today. Both of mine were late pm early evening. Sold something this morning and that one came through fine. What time did your items close AT?

Edited to say that there is a thread on the Amazon Seller Connection board, there is a problem and would seem that nobody has been notified of any sales since about half past 5 I think it was.

How utterly and totally bizarre. Moi aussi. Two books showing as closed but no sign of them in completed orders and no emails either. They were supposedly purchased last night, well early evening between 6 and 8.

Well all I can say is we had better not end up getting neg feedback due to delays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (ever the pessimist )

Well I am up early 6 ish and there are no emails as yet???

Please help :rolleyes: I had 26 items for sale on amazon, it now shows 25 items on my account but I havent received an email saying anything has been sold Where can I find this info?..........

Just read the previous posts and I see I'm not the only one with this problem then :rolleyes:

I have only ever sold one thing on amazon before, some software months ago. I didnt get an email from them then either - the first I heard about the sale was from an irate buyer wanting to know where his purchase was!!!

You can't - there's been a problem, see above.

The emails are starting to filter through now.

Have now had the 'sold-dispatch now' for my second item.

It wouldn't have worked during this most recent episode as I tried looking last night - but if you ever notice this again, it is worth checking your transactions. Go into Your Seller Account, under Get Paid click on View Your Amazon Payments Account and Billing History and then click on View Recent Payment Transactions and Invoicing History. That's where you ought to be able to find an address (when you click on the transaction ID in question).
