Okay - I am over my cat-related excitement.
Os wise today - I am still frowning at the flat pack on the floor  You would think an OS/er could take these things as read. I can't even read them. How ineffectual am I?
On the plus side - Hallowe'en dinner is sorted, after asking DD2, who has a friend coming over, we are having bat's blood soup with slime, served with severed fingers, followed by cobweb cakes0 -
Snowy yay pooh :j :j
Twink that is a fantastic birthday present I love my Remoska - enjoy.
Had a very lazy day, have been very stressed lately and low after Nan died so OH said I must rest today & he has done everything so hopefully I will be fighting fit and energetic tomorrow.
Wm repair man came - it needs a new module ?? he may have one so we need to phone him tomorrow. It will cost £80 just for the part so that is a gutter but needs must. We are definately on a tight budget November.
Tomorrow will need to get loads done and I must go to another florist and look at some more funeral flowers. Also need to speak to my uncle re arrangements for Nans funeral next week.
Going to see James Bond saturday (already budgeted for) and cant wait.0 -
Hi, I've not posted on one of these threads before and have just found it so have not read through it all. I am having a nice cuppa and some tesco value choc digestives yummm! My MIL gave me a lovely thick fleece blanket today that she has never used so it is on my bed and I am looking forward to snuggling into it tonight. I was going to go for a bath and get an early night but this is much more fun!0

Got the WM on the go at the mo - poor old DD has had a bout of runny tummy but in her sleep thought the boys room was the loo and has pooped all over LO and his bed!!!!!!!   Bless. (not my initial utterings I must admit!!!:D )
I have gone a distinctly blonde colour today - never before, I always opt for browns and reds. But there is so much grey in there now the hairdresser advised highlights rather than another dye and I must say I am delighted with the results.
Hope you all have a good night,
Smoky. xxxxxxIf you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape 100 days of sorrow.......Chinese proverb
