I cant find all of my bank statements, I tried ringing my bank who wouldnt give me the figures.
The loan started Oct 08 at £490 and now Im paying £615 a month.
I didnt realise it ws variable.
I know again this sounds stupid but feel I was mis sold the loan too as I thought I had got a good deal on the interest at 7.2% but now realise its not as it keeps going up.

Why would you need to know date of new payments etc.... mine with firstplus changed every couple of months. Laini on here got hers back re FOS and did not need to know all of this etc.. . I would think you could do a rough calculation with the figures above. It does not need to be EXACT perhaps. People are not asking for it to be to the penny...not everyone has the statements...:confused:

M colak and tiggrae never asked for statements and these details and over at CAG they did not either...

I am trying to understand you here....

I followed some silly advice  not to sign my sars request as they might copy and paste my signature:D
When you sign your signature, sign it with XXXX across your name to prevent it being copied.

Boo, who told you not to sign the SAR. It has to be signed and if there are two people the loan/credit is in then both have to sign. Its one letter that really does need a signature.

On one of the loan forums, someone had posted about problems with copying signatures, will have to try to find it, it will take me forever though, but that member had suggested this to what I can remember......
