That's the one Boo I think I seen as well hun.....

About the signing of the SAR's
A SAR is about a subject and not the company so if you have a joint account and only one person signs the SAR all the things about the other person will be left out as that would not be legal to send data about the other person. If no-one signs the SAR then the lot will be left out...

Yes this was an A & L loan I took out in oc 2006 with PPI on top

They are, apparently, a little "snowed under" - they sent me a couple of letters, but final resp i had today was a copy - was apparently begining of Jan - about 10 days after the 56. Givem a call, see if they have an update at all.
No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

no idea what my nerdnumber is - i am now officially nerd 229, no idea on my debt free date

No haven't posted complaint yet - was waiting ot hear what you all thought about requesting a SAR now after complaining to A & L. Cannot just request a SAR while my initial case is being looked at by A & L and soon Ombudsman or does this look badly on my side?

I would request it, you then have more evidence which you may need to give to FOS.

It won't look bad but you need as much evidence as you can get to give to FOS. It would be in your favour to do this

My point here was, like what also Boo had read was something to do with companies copying their customers signatures, it was just worrying at the time thinking they could do this.
I always provide a siggie on mine.;)

Cos most of it is not about PPI and is more like MSN:eek:

Just sign the SAR again and don;t forget to send it recorded delivery.

    Hi marsh,

Some mo fo on one of these forums:eek:
this is funny. I aslo remember that advice here about not signing anything incase they copy your signature and paste it so I've just printed my name instead of my usual signature - what implications will this have?
