Dont quote me on this, but alot of people on DFW would advise against it for a CCA request (due to a copy being "made up". I can only assume, having not read the original thread, that this is why it may have been suggested as the SAR would also cover the original credit agreement to be supplied (and hence the possibility of a made up agreement)No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

this is funny. I aslo remember that advice here about not signing anything incase they copy your signature and paste it so I've just printed my name instead of my usual signature - what implications will this have?

And as Waspeze says DO NOT SIGN IT!!! Print your name as SOME DCA have been known to send fraudulent agreements back after copying your signature of your letter to them... Not all and it's not that common but don't risk it!
