    Hi
    Thanks for the reply.
The SAR came from Nemo Finance. It makes me so angry that you have to pay for these and they are sent out to you way past the cut-off date and then the information you need the most hasn't been sent!

It is so annoying:mad: both EGG and MBNA failed to send both SARs within the 40days , I called them to tell them have made a complaint to the ICO and they both arrived but without the calls.

These companies know exactly what they are doing, they are all still very crafty.

Its time consuming but ask for them send your letter recorded too.

Let's hope your right there Marshallka. Although Mr Rixom told me this morning that they have not received any letter from the ombudsman, I enclosed a copy of the letter I received when I sent in my second letter. He said he had received it on Friday. He seemed to be stumbling for words this morning and said it was because he had just got in.

It sounds like you have the upper hand with him lol and these companies are supposed to be the experts, well I think experts is going a little to far. lol

Just write back. I had to send another to Firstplus for various things. They will not charge you again and give them 7 days or you will be contacting the ICO with an official complaint. ;)

Sadly so, their office in Glasgow lost a fair portion of its staff. Tough times out there for the average Joe.

Great news... have they said an adjudicator will on the case soon??

No they have just said it may be some time before an adjudicator would be able to look at them. Not that I expected them to be looked at yet anyway as they have only been with them since the end of October, only two and a half months and I know a lot of people on here have waited a lot longer than that. It does make you think though that they need to employ a few more people.
They have said though that they have received all the paper work they need from Ocean, good news as I thought they may try and drag their feet a bit

Most job cuts dont actually make the news, looks bad for the company so they keep a lid on it.

    Did you hear of:

    98 jobs at picture
    150 + at first plus
    45 at nemo

Like i said, not good times for the average Joe...
