Yip I'm fine and family, you wouldn't even think my step dad had a heart attack he looks so well.

Yes, their reply said they had no proof I was given enough information about the policy . Got all payments refunded.

Unfortunately mine has been in with the FSCS since July 2008, due to other dealings they have had to deal with such as "Icesave" etc as they have been paying out thousands out to those customers as well.

But as soon as they have completed the investigation they will confirm this and get in touch.

Try to get a form in soon as you can hun and they will get back to you if they require further info, you never know yours may get dealt with quicker than mine.;)
