Ok with hepl I have done my letter to request my file for a virgin credit card but insure where to send it
It states that it is promoted by virgin money but issued by MBNA so should I send it to MBNA also would I sent my letter to reclaim the PPI to MBNA or virgin?

I do believe i was mis sold the mortgage as I was under the impression that I had to take it AND I wasnt told I couod get it cheaper - eg when I rang the same lender for a quote I was given £25 as a monthly payment and I currently pay £90!
I dont know what to do! I m scared now and know I cant have any stress otherwise I might have a miscarriage
If you were told it would be £25 and that is what you accepted during the phone call then perhaps it would included in the SAR request and you could prove misselling here. I would certainly contact the mortgage people etc and let them know of your circumstances and see what they say. Tell them of your pregnancy too. Also go to the citizens advice too as they may help.

    Good luck
