Nutmeg, if you paid the other two loans to the due date then you would get back all the PPI and interest for those plus 8% statutory interest too but only if you repaid the loans when you should have done.

As regards the third one I am trying to look at what you have actually paid. How many months did you make PPI repayments...?

  • Morning all,
going to contact the FSA today regarding Tesco personal Finance. They have had 8 weeks to look at my claim and didnt even investigat properly. I have asked them to check telephone recordings, and they have told me this may not be possible.
Will the FOS make them pay up if they do not have the evidence of ppi mis-selling?

The FOS will look at both sides and most complaints for single premiums are upheld for numerous reasons. Seems to me Tesco have their own rules and do not follow the FSA guides... . The FOS will make them pay up if they think its missold and they will request all the evidence from Tesco when you take the complaint to them.

    Good luck

    Hi there hun

sorry to hear of the company has gone into adminstration.

Myself and others here have applications being dealt with by the FSCS, mine is about a company called Twopart/Eloan and others are about Picture Finance, here is a link to the FSCS which will give you more information, as we are still waiting for investigations to complete we do not know any further really, but the link I add here should give you more of an idea.;)

    http://www.fscs.org.uk/consumer/

They should have someone like the administrators/liquidators who take charge of this as well, just maybe, I will check on companies house tomorrow as the the site does not allow a search on Sundays.x

    Cheers and good luck.
