    Yes it is marsh,

And quote me if im wrong if i would get it all back then £45 ppi p/m x24 months ive been paying it is £1080 i should get bk roughly,

All i want to do is get my ppi bk that ive paid pay it off my balance, keep my payments as they are at £257 and get it paid off quicker than the dec 2010 end date it is now,

    Does this make sense,

And next you'll be wanting my hand in marriage:rotfl: :rotfl:
    LOL...

You would (if missold) get back the PPI and the interest and 8% statutory interest too. They do this by looking at the loan you had (without the PPI) and look at what you paid against it (again without the PPI) and then take the balance as if you settled at that date (whatever that is!!).

They then look at what you actually have paid with the PPI and what your settlement is to that date with the PPI and take one from the other. This would give you the amount of the refund and then they would redo the loan again. I assume if you want it all taking off the loan and to keep your repayments the same then this would be paid off much sooner but cannot say just how much sooner.

The APR should stay the same too.
