Don't know if you have received your letter yet, but if you have I do hope its the news you've been waiting for.;)

Anyway I was going back on old emails from the adjudicator and here is one we received last year to confirm that final decisions are sent in hardcopies through the post: And as you know mine was a very good outcome:
    My ref:

    Dear Mr & Mrs

I write further to your email of 7 August 2007. The ombudsman will issue his decision in writing and hard copies are usually sent by post to both parties, however I can of course request that a copy be emailed to you.

    I trust that this assists.
    .........................................................................................
I had contacted to ask them how we should hear, this was last August, we received the provisional decision from the ombudsman himself at the end of August but the final one was not until Oct 2007.

It is the final one your waiting for now isn' it hun?

    Good luck x

Hi, has anyone had PPI reclaim success whilst on DMP with cccs (top people) with Lloyds ?

If you can prove you have been mis-sold ppi then you should try claim it back, its always worth a try.

Too embarrassed  . Have just come off phone have asked for call recordings to be sent as not sent when requested. Said he would send me a form to sign, told him not, as they should have sent these out in the first place and I paid £10.

Just found out also that the LTV was only calculated on the £40k the PPI was separate he said. With the loan they took us into neg equity assuming that house prices would rise and catch up with the loan

Ask him what commission the broker got but could not tell me.

Golly the cheeky so and so "send you a form to sign"...... , your right they should have supplied this within your SAR you paid for, if they read the SAR properly they will have read that...... , hun they are using stalling tactics, you tell them your in the right to your recordings and if they do not supply this to you in a few days, you will contact the ICO.

What are they up to the silly muppets ???

That amount would be on your documents from Firstplus. Its a seperate sheet showing commission.

What are you doing now then about the CD call recordings..??

Marshallka can I ask if I was claiming back the ppi what amount would I be claiming for:

£9796 ppi plus interest and 8% stat interest? monthly interest rate shown as 0.869 APR shown as 10.9
You would have to post all the figures up and I could do this the tiggrae method. You need the amount of loan, PPI, payments made, monthly payments and how many you originally had....

I could have a go for you..

Might be a shock to you though and after the electric business yesterday I would not want to shock you anymore...
