Did you ask them to cancel the PPI for you??
If you did and they have not then I would write to the OFT and FSA about them not treating you fair.

You cancelling the PPI should not affect your claim for misselling at all. You first need to write to them enclosing whatever you have written to the FSA and OFT. This may shift them to cancelling quick. Then as its over 8 weeks since first complaining you can actually take this to the FOS now and also tell them about you asking to cancel and they will not. They should be allowed 8 weeks from your first letter for a full and final response.

Yes I did specificall y ask them to cancel it for me immediatly but I've still been charged £229 end of nov and end of dec! i will contcat Ombudsman (is that right) and FSA then. Thanks so much for your help. Shall i still call case manager?

    thanks di
    feeling ok until
    funerals next week.
still having total run around FLA after 7 weeks sent email yesterday saying they could no longer deal with my complaint, because i have a complaint with the FOS over the same company. not true at all blackhorse told them this.
i have emailed them back to have no response, very similar to the way blackhorse were.
still waiting on SAR blackhorse well past due date.ICO taken complaint.
    doing everything possible just waiting.

Do everything you can because blackhorse will be hoping you get sick and give up, but don't until you have done everything you can.

    Good luck masmit

Like Pinknico says, yes I would call them but be very careful in phone calls as they may twist things and always put important things in writing too and send them recorded delivery so you have a proof.
