Arr thanks Andylad. I am feeling not so bad now. If you gran was not given on option (which is quite usual :rolleyes: ) then I would make a complaint for both the PPI's. If you need any help just give us a shout.;)

Think it may answer questions to what help you will get off the FLA, very one sided as i have found out the hard way.

funerals next week.
still having total run around FLA after 7 weeks sent email yesterday saying they could no longer deal with my complaint, because i have a complaint with the FOS over the same company. not true at all blackhorse told them this.
i have emailed them back to have no response, very similar to the way blackhorse were.
still waiting on SAR blackhorse well past due date.ICO taken complaint.
doing everything possible just waiting.

Masmit, do not give up on this one... we will think of something...

Not had any post today and I had to get in touch with the FOS about cancelling the complaint with Firstplus by today... .
