OMG I am so sorry to hear this hun..... , how dreadful for you.

My uncle died 4 years ago on New Year's day, he was also young and my brother in law was 28 when he died on Xmas day 6 years ago..... .

Just let us know when your ready hun and we will be happy to help out, just make sure you feel in the right mind first hun, because we do understand, again I am so sorry to hear this news.xxx

feeling ok until
funerals next week.
still having total run around FLA after 7 weeks sent email yesterday saying they could no longer deal with my complaint, because i have a complaint with the FOS over the same company. not true at all blackhorse told them this.
i have emailed them back to have no response, very similar to the way blackhorse were.
still waiting on SAR blackhorse well past due date.ICO taken complaint.
doing everything possible just waiting.

Hope this gets sorted out and what on earth are BlackHorse up to, I would get back to the FOS now and tell them what these have said which has made this all unfair on you !
Maybe the FOS will be able to confirm this to the FLA for you, because they would not like what they've done either.

after reading the FLA response to the hunt review of the FOS, i dont think there's any love between the two of them, the FOS will take my complaint from 2005 but will not touch anything before this date. I have been trying to keep the hole claim as one , with it being the same company. The FLA claim to use a independent arbitration if they cant resolve the complaint, that's what im pushing for off them & i will not give up.

Maybe this is where the confusion has come in, but surely the FLA should realise this...... .
