    hmmmmmmm who that would be?

Imagine someone recently made redundant from a large secured lender ;)

Now where would we find someone like that!!!

Any questions please ask, i may know someone!!! ;)

Hi Credit Crunched, I am waiting for Picture to be declared in default so the FSCS can get on with dealing with my claim for mis selling against them. The FSCS can never give a time scale as to when this may happen so it is very frustrating:D

Yeah not too bad thanks, yourself?

Nit of a tough christmas as i usuallly like to buy lots for my family and friends, however the redundancy and current climate has hit me pretty hard, so it was a very quiet one.

Just been busy applying for jobs / interviews etc. Sadly the job prospect of a financial advisor at the moment is pretty poor...

I think in this day its pretty hard to get any job at the moment.

Its very complicated, picture is made up of many smaller companies, check the list on companies house. The book itslef is owned by Merryl Lynch but is being serviced by Targer Loan Servcing. So in reality, picture was jsut the 'face' of the book as merryl lynch actually 'own' the book. So not sure how this will affect you?

Just called egg about my SAR as they have had 46 days, told them well within my rights to go to ICO, they are going to call me back.

The person I spoke to was very nice but did not know what a Subject Access Request was? oh my:eek:

  • Hello everyone, Happy New Year!!

Ok here it goes, I haven't seen anyone write anything about reclaiming PPI on car finance. I regretfully got a car from welcome car finance (BIG mistake) and PPI was added onto it, they said i didn't have a choice, I had to have it or couldn't get the finance, stupidly I went ahead, not really knowning what i got myself into.

I sent a letter a good few months back to head office saying I writing to reclaim my PPI which I believe to be mis - sold to me. Haven't heard back yet. Which is typical from WF as i've wrote letters before regarding other problems and they never reply. So just wondering if I should write a second letter to WF or write the next one to the the financial ombudsman?

Also I was looking over the contract and I signed and dated it, the sales person signed it, but didn't date it, does that make is void or anything? Also some mistakes in my address and name.

Any advice would be great, thanks!! :D

Just looked at companies house and from the 21st December, all Picture groups were in Liquidation apart from the ones who now have the loans.
    So this may help!
