Hi dreamer hunni hope your well, I'm making up from yesterday lol......:D .

When did you have this loan hun was it after 2005, I think if it was after Jan 05 and it was a phone sale then they should have recordings of this, if not I would question them on this and tell them if they do not supply the disc you will contact the ICO, this may make them cough it up.;)

I will call them on the other hand I may send a letter recorded lol. I should have queried this however when my sar came from FF and FP there was a huge amount of paper work. I'm still looking at it now and that was 05:rotfl:

I know what its like......paperwork everywhere from every finance company, it gets all so confusing..... , like me hun, Marshallka reminded me to request for a copy of my insurance agreement through Endeavour who had not supplied this within my SAR, so gonna contact them to, or maybe write and send by recorded post - that what they cannot deny it then can they? lol.....:D .

    Good luck hunni.;)

Hubby rang and left a message as it was answer-phone, emailed but no feedback yet...... , maybe they will get back in a few days, at least we will know more then with a bit of luck.;)

Me and hubby have only ever had pay as you go but a few times we have been called by these mobile companies about contracts and have never signed or agreed to anything...... no bills for these either or statements and so, I do think they have made a mistake by sending the wrong letter out to us although we have registered one about Twopart/eloan who had liquidated earlier this year, we have registered with the FSCS who told us to register our claim with the liquidators also, but this was from the insolvency service.

Again my hubby is waiting for compensation from when the steelplant him and other 399 workers had no notice days before last christmas, as they closed it down where the administrators had taken over.
Better make sure they haver not got this confused with someone else in case they have our letters......

    Yes it was dreadful.
My older son was at uni, then of course I am a carer for my younger son, and a mortgage to pay, xmas was days away, and the first bit of money was not paid out until Feb, not all but only parts of it, it was the same for the other hundred odd workers, the union won a court case earlier this year, its something like £2.5million to be shared out between 400 of them, because it was classed as unfair/instant dismissal, this is why my hubby is suffering now and on depression meds which his GP has risen the dose of these.

    Thanks so much hun. x

    Hi goldenhold

To my knowledge I think so, but just to be on the safe side here please check this forum again maybe tomorrow in case others know more for definate.

I think if you were mis sold, like I said in another post earlier, you should be entitled to claim it back which would help, because the way I see it people may not be in this situation now, I think these expensive ppi policies play a big part in them myself.

I hope you can reclaim, but please check for further postings on this hun, if not tonight now, there should be more replies here at some point tomorrow.

    Fingers crossed to you.;)
