In that case yes it was front loaded - what are the implications of that??:money:

Well then you can claim it back as it is not good practice to front load. Am sure Marshallka or Di will give you details of letters and guidelines. Am signing off now so good luck

Tell them you feel its unfair to be waiting that long. Ask them also if they need any more information from you too..

It may be worth emailing them as I seemed to get a better response from them (within 1/2hour) by using this method. I'm sure you have their e-mail address on your monthly "update" letter but just in case you don't its ppi.team@financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
Not seen that email addy before:confused:

Hi lalina

Please check out the link here which will give you further info on issues of ppi mis selling:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance

Check it out where you may find lots of reasons of why you were mis sold, due to this get a letter in, there is also a template you can use to help you, but obviously add your own reasons on the letter.

They have 8 weeks to respond, and if unsuccessful another letter can be sent in order for them to reconsider, if still unsuccessful you can take your complaint to the financial ombudsman service.

If you post up the outcome of this we can help guide you to the next step.

Post your reclaim letter by recorded post to keep a check on the dates of 8 weeks.

Good luck

Di.
