    Hi All,
l dont know if anyone can give me advice but we filed a mcol against ge  money, then about 4 days later they filed one against us, they've
acknowledged ours giving them 28 days to file a defence so we have done the same, shall we just keep a close eye on when and if they write a defence before writing ours? lf that makes any sense!! not quite sure of anything sometimes, lm sure they hope we'll get confused and b!!!! off!!!

    Hi there Nova

    Sorry to hear that hun.
Now when you say complaint, is it about PPI?

If this is worrying you I would have a word with your local CAB who may be able to help you out here, or maybe someone in the same situation will post up with some helpful options for you here.

I do hope this gets resolved and good luck.;)

    Thanks

    Evening,
Can you tell me how the 6 year statute barred system works, does the time scale start from the date you took out the loan or from the date the last payment was made?

Thanks in advanace for any help
6 year from when you actually became aware of the complaint CAN be applied. Section 32 Limitations - act but usually its 6 year from that date you are complaining about...or 3 years from when you ought to have been aware...

Hi again just wondered if not quoting the monthly loan repayments without ppi is misselling as well as not being made aware you could cancel it and anytime meaning it was compulsory for the term of the loan Plus has anyone else had problems with Halifax Loans agreed over the phone around the 2003 period
Yes it is and you can make a complaint..

Wow catinthehat, I hope you enjoyed it..

Apparently Firstplus complaints are said to be looked into as one now according to someone from the CAG forums. Don't know how true this is but someone posted it...
