Thanks I've got the template letter. I'm not going to let it drop this time. It really annoys me that they think they can get away with it because people don't have the time or energy to keep fighting them.
Thats it, I only have the time cause I am at home but god knows what it would be like if working full time as well.

    What year were your loans...??

I need to get back to FOS about my claim. I still have not heard anything. Trouble is when I am working all day, by the evening my head is not good enough to concentrate on this stuff. Have to do VAT returns , books and other paperwork and I cannot get my head round this stuff.

Marshallka you need to nag me, well you all do at the weekend and get my sorry !!!! sorting this stuff out.:o
Maxdp, when I first met my now hubby I was single parent, working full time and having to catch two buses so out at 7 in a morning to get my son off and then back at 7 at night and also did vat and booking at home as well. I know what its like.

Running your own business is hard work.. even down to allowing yourself holidays and time to yourself. It can become all work and no play...

I will nag you if you want:eek:

I know I should not complain cause I am busy, especially as things are at the moment. I have things buzzing round in my head all the time of things I need to do, and kids stuff etc etc. Saying that I do need to get on with in and will try to on friday. So saying that give me a good nag on friday and ignore me if I get grumpy:pand just keep nagging:rotfl:
Am having probs at mom getting paid from one of my customers and am thinking of taking them to small claims. Have heard on here that you can do it on line. Do you have a link for that:confused: Will be ringing them and nagging tomorrow as well.

    and this as well

The first is all the info you need

You need to tell this to the FOS that you are struggling with the business and maybe they will pull their fingers out on the barclays complaint.
