Thanks hun, yes I see your point, should I email him again and mention this?
I have not heard nothing yet, I have even left phone messages.....
I am wondering what the problem is here Di as ordinarily this would be done and dusted as you were NOT working and that should be the end of it as you have NOTHING to protect. I would just keep ringing and emailing until he does get back but that is my problem. Once I want something sorting I cannot let go.. its like an illness... Its up to you Di but it needs sorting as this SHOULD have been a very straight forward case. You were not earning any money so you would never have been able to use it..

Yes your right hun, its just not right, I will also tell him I assumed it would be a straight forward case due to being a homemaker and not working and so, maybe he has just moved on to another case and mine put on the one side, I know this also tends to happen as well.......

    Hi folks

Do you think its worth writing to all past and present creditors dating back to 2000 for original terms and conditions on the accounts. I think most will be ok but Im a bit dubious about a welcome finance one and an evans store card which was a GE Money one

    Hi Marie
Its still worth trying I think.;)
The only problem you may have is that its over 6 yrs where they only generally keep info for about 6 years, they may of course have kept copies though on microfiche, there is no harm in asking.;)

Worth a shot hun, good luck and we will take it from there.

Or if the accounts closed within the last 6 years I think they would still have copies of the agreements.

Why do you want the terms and conditions of the agreements...??

I would perhaps sign up to experian for the 30 day trial (and don't foget to cancel within the 30 days and print everything off) and you can find all your dates and amounts of loans or perhaps just write to each one asking for copy agreements. They have to provide these within 12 days under section 77/78 of the CCA if the accounts are still ongoing or they closed within 6 years. You do have to pay £1 for each but the terms and conditions may be on the reverse (or should be!!). Don't forget to post everything recorded delivery for proof.

Di, I think its terrible not to even acknowledge your emails even if he has no news. Have you left a voice message as well or even just keep trying until he actually answers himself. I rang mine last week and he answered and it was not voice mail.

I have had my reply from the adjudicator at last, here::j :j

    Dear Mrs

Thank you for your e-mail. It is my view that your complaint should be upheld and I am currently awaiting a response from the business in relation to points raised with it.

Unfortunately due to the limited resources available I am unable to provide a weekly update or progress report. Please be assured that your complaint is actively being worked on and as soon as there are any developments I will let you know. If the business does not agree with my view then the matter can be referred to the Ombudsman for consideration. If you consider due to your circumstances that you wish the matter to be fast tracked to the Ombudsman due to financial difficulty, this can be arranged if you let me know.

At present, I expect a response from the business in the next two weeks.

    Yours sincerely
