The first is all the info you need
You need to tell this to the FOS that you are struggling with the business and maybe they will pull their fingers out on the barclays complaint.
Do not think they will go along with that idea cause it looks as though things are going well with business but have huge tax bill to pay in January:eek:
One of our biggest customers stopped paying us for two months:rolleyes: although they are now paying again but two months behind. If they had continued to pay as they were we would have had the tax bill sorted.
Saying that we also know that even if we have no more work with them tomorrow they would still pay for two months. It is swings and roundabouts really.:mad:0 -

There are some people that are not on benefits etc but are having troubles in different areas (like me with the mortgage interest etc) and by the time they get their payouts they have already lost it in the money they have lost from other things. Fast tracking should include more things and in actual fact the FOS should employ more people really to get EVERY complaint looked at faster.

Yes I agree with you Marshallka, did you also notice what the adjudicator said on the email ?
As they have not time to basically get back on a week to week basis either, I think this is because I was emailing all the time though......:o , but yes there are many reasons on why they should fast track.
Yet as far as I remember my Nemo was supposed to have been fast tracked, as you know that had taken 14 months with also being paid out.The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

I quite agree Marshallka it is not fair. Perhaps they can employ all those people who sold us PPI and have now lost their jobs:rolleyes: they can then pay us back. Twelve months is too long. They need to kick these lenders up the behind.:mad:0
