Yes I agree with you Marshallka, did you also notice what the adjudicator said on the email ?
As they have not time to basically get back on a week to week basis either, I think this is because I was emailing all the time though......:o , but yes there are many reasons on why they should fast track.

Yet as far as I remember my Nemo was supposed to have been fast tracked, as you know that had taken 14 months with also being paid out.
Wasn't that though cause Nemo kicked up a fuss... FOS cannot make a company pay up, they can only really advise them to I think. I think its the FSA that should be able to fine firms that do this..it might make them think when a complaint is upheld and then they mess about and don't pay. Stonger measures should be in place me thinks...

I quite agree Marshallka it is not fair. Perhaps they can employ all those people who sold us PPI and have now lost their jobs:rolleyes: they can then pay us back. Twelve months is too long. They need to kick these lenders up the behind.

Yes this is right, and you would think by them taking on new adjudicators things would get moved on a little quicker than before, okay they are over-run with these complaints but like what Marshallka said there should be more reasons of why they should look into peoples circumstances for fast tracking, not just for the ones on benefits.

Or the FSA fine them more. If a complaint is upheld and they object and its upheld again then it should be automatic fines and big ones too.

Yes they did make a fuss hun and I hope I don't get the same with the lloyds one all over again...... , and the FSA like you said yes they should have more involvement in these issues, they should really come down on them - definately.

my claim has been 11 months but you read on here some people say there has been only 4/5 months or less others like yourself di and marshallka seem to be longer i wish theyy would open up and say why this happens ,a friend of mine thinks it is due to the amount of complaints they have against certain companies and one have any views on this

Yes your right hun, depends on what company is being dealt with and how they react and deal with it, they tend to ask the FOS for longer timescales to send further information, I had that a lot with the Nemo one and the FOS agreed every time........ .
Oh thanks for your lovely comment earlier as well.:A
I finally heard about the recent one today at long last.:T ;) x

Agree there I think these firms are making it difficult for the FOS cause they cannot force them to pay out. Think fines are in order because they are not treating customers fairly.
