I too am confused about the different length of time different claims take with the FOS.

Of course I am causing trouble. You have to enjoy yourselves in life me thinks:D:D

Thinbk Di in ostrich feathers will be on a different site but am sure she will post the link.

FOS are very confusing about the amount of time it takes. Think it depends on the lenders rather than the victims.:rotfl:

This can go for loans and credit card ppi and so on check it out hun and if you feel you were mis sold this then I would complain and reclaim.;)

Di - congrats on fab news from the adjudicator today!

Just thought I would share my conflicting advice from FOS. By phone they have told me they will not deal with Welcome / BH from 2000/2001. I had forgotten I had emailed aswell and the reply came through today advising me to complete an online from as in certain circumstances they can deal with complaints from this time. Strange?! Well still waiting for docs from both these companies to get my complaint in with both first. (Not that I hold much hope, given their reputation!)
