Just found this about Welcome Finance on another site
Read through the info and also went through my files. I have actually written to the FOS and lodged a complaint only to receive a reply back saying, unfortunately my complaint against Welcome Finance occurred when it was not a member of GISC (General Insurance Standards Council) and therefore it is one that the FOS is unable to consider.

Thanks to both Marshallka and Di for the advice. In my next letter I send rejecting the offer, what is the timescale they have to reply and who do I send the next letter to if they don't reply? This thread is going too fast for me to keep up with! Is there a template letter I can use rejecting an offer?
Thanks.0
