Hi there
If the time limit of 6 months are up then maybe it will be worth your while just contacting the Financial ombudsman service here:
http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/contact/index.html
Explain to them your situation, however you can always put in a new reclaim letter to the loan company, as a start again complaint, its up to you but if you want to see what the FOS say first and take it from there, please let us know so we can help you here if required, cheers and good luck.;)

Di, the card is still current and is used regularly but I don't keep the statements as once they have been paid each month I shred them. Should I be asking for the original agreement? and more to the point will they still have it from so far back? or just requesting copies of my statements from as far back as they have them? Sorry to be a pain but I don't want to look a fool by asking for the wrong stuff!
I have never heard of anyone claiming this far back..and certainly not taking the complaint to the FOS..0 -

Hi i dont know whether anyone can help me i claimed that loans.co.uk missold my ppi and they agreed that they had but it is taking so so long to get my refund the woman organising it is just making excuses ,how long should it take .
i am getting my single premium payment of 3355 plus my 8% interest back hopefully by cheque as the loan is still ongoing i am not sure whether they will want to pay it on the loan ,even though i have 11 more years to pay the loan off.
we got the loan off endeavour personal finance and it was the worst mistake we ever made we borrowed 25000 and are paying back 355 for 15 years what a joke xx0 -

Hi hun
Sorry to hear this - they don't hurry themselves do they?
How long ago was this that they mentioned the refund?
What was the date on the letter then?
Yikes, Endeavour:eek: , my loan was taken out with them in 2004, it was a 25 year loan, settled this many years earlier in 2005, arguing the rebate at the moment but have been advised by the FOS its HFC Endeavours bank that I have to take the case out with here. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
