Am sure that you will be successful once a decision has been made by an adjudicator the Ombudsman does not usually over rule it. Fingers crossed for you Home James;)

Di had a complaint that was upheld by adjudicator and challenged by lender then went to ombudsman. Outcome was in her faviour. Am sure she will post but she is having problems with her computer. Think she has worn it out.

Hi - wondering if anyone has had any success with Egg when reclaiming PPI? I'm not aware of too many people having sought to recover these monies from them.

Claiming but no success one with FOS one I am still arguing.

May I ask what your complaint with Sainsbury is?

I was really lucky with one of my A and L on a credit card. I took it to the FOS but before they got to look at it A and L wrote saying that they were going to refund the PPI and they gave me 500 more back than I though I would get. So fingers crossed for you.
