Okay lovely people I need your expertise.
Have cancelled PPI policy with Picture and know my rebate will be rubbish, Had the policy for a year ,cost £19000 rebate £2500. Who do I complain to? is it the insurer?
I know with my stuff through my unmentionables its the person that sold the Policy. Think this one is a bag of worms it seems to depend and you get shifted from pillar to post.:mad:0 -

Quite agree I have had some with them now for 9 months and have not been allocated. Think they are just putting a hold on mine:eek: No seriously had one with A and L which has been with them for about 3 months and that has been allocated. One for Lloyds and Barclaycard PPI on CC been 9 months and not allocated.:mad:0 -
My claim against MBNA has been with the FOS for over a year (submitted in September 2007) its been upheld by the adjudicator and now awaiting final decision by ombudsman, I sent an email on monday and they send their appologies but tell me there are lots of complaints waiting to be dealt with and they will get round to it eventually.
Hi Home James
If it has been upheld by the adjudicator why is it going to the Ombudsman is it because MBNA will not comply.
I know Di had case last year that I think took about 15 months from start to finish.:mad:0 -
