I can only give the moral support here in that I hope you get onto FOS again and again and also I would now make a complaint higher about this. I would want the stress etc adding to this now.. and time etc..I note that this is worked in a completely different way to that way of Tiggrae.
Pm'd you maxdp..
Thank you it is most confusing.:mad:0 -

I am in the process of trying to reclaim PPI from them. Have you heard of anyone having any success in recouping anything back from them?0

I have fought them but then realised it was the broker I had to contend with, please could you tell me if it was Endeavour who sold you the loan or was it a loan broker ?
I will like to add though it if were Endeavour they are no longer in Bracknell, so I have the update address for you:
Endeavour Personal Finance

Thanks for your pm back Thomo937
I note that you said it was Freedom Finance who arranged this loan for you hun, so its them you should write to, sorry to say as I know you have already been getting on with this.
Now I know others on here have issues with Freedom Finance and I also note you said 2004, I will have to check this out but not sure if these were regulated by GISC at that time before the FSA came in, this means if they were and this went as far as the financial ombudsman service that they will be able to investigate this, but not otherwise.
Hopefully someone will confirm this.
Has the loan been settled with Eneavour though ?
If so, when ?
If this is settled and you think the rebate was unfair and too low, there is another way around this, like myself I am now pursuing this through Hamilton the insurers, as mine was also in 2004, but settled 24 yrs earlier in 2005.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
