    hello,
a question on double standards, if the fos gives company's 8 weeks to resolve your complaint, why doe's this not imply to them, when they take over the case, surely the company has a time limit with the fos as it did with us. also if they are so busy why are they not using the fsa to investigate & fine these company's , there's got to be enough complaints by now. then surely this would ease the pressure, making company's who have been fined resolve complaints without the fos. seems to me the system is not for us its for the banks. any thoughts about this anyone:mad:

I can appreciate where you are coming from it is so frustrating. I suppose really the FOS are only mediators they cannot force them to respond only request that they do. I am at my wits end at moment with an upheld complaint not yet being settled. What can we do just keep plugging away i presume:mad::eek:

Hiya maxdp, no news then i assume. I have taken a look at the emails now and cannot really help if I am honest.. I can only give the moral support here in that I hope you get onto FOS again and again and also I would now make a complaint higher about this. I would want the stress etc adding to this now.. and time etc..I note that this is worked in a completely different way to that way of Tiggrae.

    Pm'd you maxdp..
