  • I was given lots of clothes from Tesco when I had my son, just took them in and said can I change them (no receipt) and was fine - maybe just your local shop!!

    OP why dont you just buy the coat in a smaller size then take the receipt for the correct size coat along with the other coat to the store and ask for a refund
