  • Hope no one has been put off from trying e-cigs due to the completely ridiculous article in the Daily Mail & other "news" papers :( The so called scientist that carried out the tests is sponsored by the drug company that makes Chantix :(
  • Yes, that was a disgraceful piece of flim-flammery; not just in the typical BS DM reporting style, but also, and more importantly, the thoroughly disingenuous so-called "researcher" who did the study. What a piece of dishonest research and dirty biased reporting.
I really wonder how these pillocks think they can get away with it. Do they think we're all thick?

A year on e-cigs yesterday and like only 2 oz of tobacco smoked in that time (I was an oz a day smoker pre e-cigs. That's like at least 40 a day!)

I was smoking 1/2oz per day and that was 50 rollies (I counted them, many times). Of course, some people's rollies are thicker than others... :)

Well, Dean, I'm not surprised that you rewarded yourself with something from your own stock.
Really, do you think we were born yesterday? We've seen 'em come and go, spamming and pretending to be customers.

  • Lol, I still think the funniest spammer on this thread who pretended to be a happy customer of a well known e-cig supplier, really was so stupid as they posted with their real name as an id. That name being the same as the company director of said e-cig supplier :lipsrseal
  • :wave:Hi there
My DH and I are looking into e-cigs, mainly because he's bumped into a couple of people smoking them lately and been really impressed with what they've said about them. We've been cutting back on cigs for what seems like ages and are on the ultra-light 0.1mg nicotine ones. (about 20 each a day)
I've been looking at the ego t starter kit, mainly because it comes with two cigs- one for me, one for him, but I'm a bit lost about strengths of liquids. I don't want to increase the amount of nicotine I'm having, just want to maintain or reduce it. (too much nicotine, I've discovered, gives me migraine.... took me a long time to figure that out!)
Can anyone help with some advice over liquid strengths? Should I be ok with the low one... ie is it similar to the 0.1 nicotine in the ultra light cigarettes?
Sorry if this post's a bit disjointed. Just off night shift, and preparing for bed.....
